This seminar covered the basics of chimeric spectra in MS/MS data and analysis of these spectra in the TPP using the software tool called 'reSpect'. Next a brief overview of Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) of MS/MS data was presented. Finally, the software tool called 'DISCo' was presented as the TPP solution for data-driven extraction of related fragments from DIA data files.
